What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it
We do not collect any personal data. All possible data collected is based on your Second Life® resident name and therefore all of your personal date will be maintained by Second Life® and Linden Labs™.
How long we keep your data if you make a post or request our services.
Leaving a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store their avatar name, store name, location within sl and any photographs they provide us with to do our job of publishing. All users can get in touch via the contact form and have us edit or remove or correct any erroneous information. Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
The data you provide is only generated when you register through a contact form, comments, cookies, analytics and third party embeds, it is not only created by a user’s interactions with your site.
By default, we do not collect any personal data about visitors and only collect data displayed on the user profile screen for registered users. Or who would like a publication.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have a posting on this site or have left comments, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
By default, we only collect your avatar name, store or event names and photos that customers themselves send us, event publication dates and other information that the customer themselves want to be publicized.
Comments are welcome and encouraged on this site, although there are some exceptions and in these cases will be removed:
